Maintenance and Inspection
Daily or Per Shift
- Clean the machine after each packaging session.
- Turn off the power before cleaning to allow heating parts to cool.
- Never spray water or steam directly on the machine.
- Clean main components:
- Remove material pieces from in-feed conveyor
- Brush off film pieces on cutter surface
- Wipe control panel, safety cover, and operating surface
- Clean conductive ring of mid sealing tool and end sealers once a week/two weeks
Monthly
- Apply lubricating grease to bearings of end sealers.
- Lubricate gear and chain of driving unit.
- Check and tighten chains, belts, screws, and nuts.
Semi-Annual Inspection
- Check belt wear and replace if needed
- Check rubber roller wear
- Adjust brake unit of film-carrying roller
- Replace damaged wearing parts
- Check electrical wiring, tighten loose connections, clean inverter, controller, and circuit board
