The packaging workflow includes 5 precise steps:

Filling – Product is distributed into multiple individual hoppers

Weighing – Load cells measure each hopper independently

Combination Calculation – Algorithm selects the best weight match to meet target weight

Discharge – Selected hoppers release products into the funnel

Bag Filling & Sealing – Accurate dosing into premade bags, then sealing and output

How Does the Liquid Pump Filling System Work?
The packaging workflow includes 5 precise steps:

Liquid Supply & Storage – Liquid is stored in a holding tank (e.g., oil storage tank) and fed to the pump inlet via gravity or a feed pump.

Metering / Dosing – The liquid pump (e.g., gear pump, piston pump, or peristaltic pump) draws a precise volume of liquid per rotation or stroke. An optional flow meter provides closed-loop feedback.

Filling – The pump discharges the measured liquid directly into a pre-made pouch, bottle, or container through a filling nozzle. Anti-drip and anti-foam features can be integrated.

Nozzle Retract & Drip Prevention – After filling, the nozzle retracts and a cut-off or suck-back function prevents liquid from dripping onto the sealing area.

Bag Sealing & Output – The filled pouch is automatically sealed (e.g., heat sealing) and discharged onto an output conveyor.
